Abrazo Advantage Health Plan is a Health Plan that annually contracts with the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS). The availability of coverage beyond the end of the current contract year is not guaranteed. All Medicare Advantage plans are subject to possible contract termination by the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) and/or reduction in the service area. Should the contract be terminated, current members can select to enroll onto other Medicare plans.
*Please note: Because of the state budget deficit, AHCCCS will no longer pay prescription co-payments for members receiving both Medicaid and Medicare benefits. The pharmacy may require you pay the co-payment amount before you receive drugs covered under Part D Medicare. This is effective as of March 1, 2009.
