Read More InfoAbrazo Advantage Health Plan (AAHP) is affiliated with Phoenix Health Plan and is a Medicare Advantage Health Maintenance Organization (HMO) that started in January 1, 2006. AAHP is contracted annually with the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid to provide medical services to Arizonans who reside in Maricopa and Pinal counties. AAHP has two benefit plans serving Maricopa and Pinal county:
