The Abrazo Advantage Health Plan (AAHP) Drug Formulary was created to ensure safe, appropriate and cost-effective use of medications.

Note: Formulary development and maintenance is a dynamic process and is subject to periodic changes. The Formulary may change during the year.

The Formulary was evaluated in all therapeutic categories and contains those agents that offer the greatest value in each class, with primary consideration to provide comprehensive drug coverage for patients.

Providers' use of the AAHP Drug Formulary ensures our members' pharmaceutical needs are met in a high quality, cost-effective manner.
