Helpful Resources for Limited Income and Resource Assistance
You may be able to receive extra help to pay for your prescription drug premium and costs. Below are some links that you can contact to see if you qualify for getting extra help.
- 1-800-MEDICARE (1-800-633-4227). TTY/TDD users should call 1-877-486-2048, 24 hours a day/7days a week;
- The Social Security Administration at 1-800-772-1213 between 7 a.m. and 7 p. m., Monday through Friday. TTY/TDD users should call, 1-800-325-0778; or
- Your State Medicaid Office at: www.ahcccs.state.az.us
- You may view the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) Policy Guide at http://www.cms.hhs.gov/PrescriptionDrugCovContra.
- Beneficiaries may call 1-800-MEDICARE (1-800-633-4227) to speak to a Medicare Customer Service Representative. TTY/TDD users should call 1-877-486-2048, 24 hours a day/7days a week, or visit www.Medicare.gov
- To find out more about enrollment and eligibility for Arizona Health Care Cost Containment System (AHCCCS-Medicaid) call 602-417-4000 or visit their website at www.ahcccs.state.az.us
