Abrazo Advantage Health Plan offers two HMO plans to choose from for those who are eligible for Medicare:
- Abrazo Advantage (HMO) offers medical, hospital and prescription drug coverage. No monthly plan premium.
- Abrazo Advantage Plus (HMO) is for individuals who are on Medicare and qualify for Arizona Health Care Cost Containment System (AHCCCS/Medicaid). It offers medical, hospital and prescription drug coverage. No monthly plan premium.

Abrazo Advantage Health Plan is a Health Plan that contracts with the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) and the contract is renewed annually. The availability of coverage beyond the end of the current contract year is not guaranteed. All Medicare Advantage plans are subject to possible contract termination by the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) and or reduction in the service area. Should the contract be terminated, current members can select to enroll onto other Medicare plans.
